Me sinto em casa e segura, por saber que tem profissionais responsáveis e capacitados, sempre atentos e dispostos a ajudar, e conduzir a aula, tirando de mim sempre o meu melhor!
O estacionamento seguro e amplo também fazem uma diferença enorme, porque sei que posso ir treinar a qualquer horário que sempre terei onde estacionar!
O lanchinho depois do treino é diferenciado, sempre com os melhores produtos e posso comer sem peso na consciência porque sei que está dentro da dieta passada pela Nutri!
Ou seja: para mim, o melhor box da cidade
At Crossfit REK, besides being the place where I exercise, it is the place where I meet friends, where I feel challenged, where I support other people!
I feel at home and safe, knowing that I have responsible and trained professionals, always attentive and willing to help, and conduct the class, always taking my best from me!
Ample and secure parking also makes a huge difference, because I know I can go training at any time that I will always have where to park!
The snack after training is different, always with the best products and I can eat without weight on my conscience because I know it is within the diet passed by Nutri!
In other words: for me, the best box in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor box de crossfit de Fortaleza. Os coachs são excelentes, atenciosos e lhe acompanham durante todo o treino. E o headcoach Reginaldo presta atenção em cada detalhe durante o treino. A estrutura do box é muito boa, tem banheiros super limpos, iluminados e climatizados com ar, tem local pra lanchar e também espaço para descontrair e conversar. Além disso, possui uma equipe com nutricionista, fisioterapeuta, pilates, natação e Jiu Jitsu.
Best crossfit box in Fortaleza. The coaches are excellent, attentive and accompany you throughout the training. And headcoach Reginaldo pays attention to every detail during training.
