Lá eu estou faço academia e estou gostando bastante. Inclusive agora depois de uma reforma que a academia teve, veio a renovar seus aparelhos e sua fachada. Lá tem for dance e também tem natação com o espaço coberto, no qual você pode levar seu filho (a) para ter aulas de natação.
Achei o preço acessível e competitivo. Tem uma pessoa que fica cuidando da limpeza o dia todo.
The space fitness complex is sensational.
I'm doing gym there and I'm really enjoying it. Even now after a renovation that the gym had, it came to renew its equipment and its facade. There is for dance and there is also swimming with the covered space, where you can take your child to have swimming lessons.
I found the price affordable and competitive. There is a person who takes care of cleaning all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é super atualizada em relação a maquinário, agora falando de profissionais , fui fiz minha matrícula fui bem atendimento na recepção, ao passar para falar com um dos "personal" ( que de personal não tem nada) , expliquei minha situação e disse que não costumava ir a academias , ele simplesmente olhou e disse : se n gosta é melhor ver outra coisa pra fazer, fora outras coisas que ele falou . Os donos investem muito em maquinário mais em profissionais péssima escolha .Super insatisfeita com toda a situação.

Kkkkkk … 70 reais a mensalidade e não tem negócio de fechar meio dia!!! Estão cogitando a possibilidade de abrir aos domingos !!! Não lota por ser uma academia grande!!
Very good and cheap!!! Complete academy at José Walter with two floors. At the bottom for training with lower limbs and at the top for upper limbs!!! Kkkkkk … 70 reais the monthly fee and there is no business closing half a day!!! They are considering the possibility of opening on Sundays!!! It's not crowded because it's a big gym!!
