★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsável pela loja Simone completamente sem interesse pelos seus clientes, entrei em contato com a loja dia 24/08 dia 02/09 encomendei 5 painéis de 1,00 x 1,00 dia 03/09 perguntei se abriam de sábado pois a mesma me informou que na sexta feira dia 04/09 estariam prontas, como não trabalham de sábado e segunda feira dia 07/09 foi feriado não teria como ir retirar as peças, hoje dia 08/09 pela manhã enviei uma mensagem avisando que no período da tarde meu esposo iria retirar, ela disse que veria no estoque se teria as peças, lhe enviei os prints mostrando que já estavam encomendados, ela que as 16:00 estariam prontas. Quando meu esposo chegou para retirar o pessoal da loja informou que uma das peças estava terminando de secar a cola, e que eu não havia encomendado nada, loja e funcionários sem interesse nenhum como o cliente, sem preparo algum para lidar com o cliente, sem comunicação, prefiro pagar mais caro do que pagar menos e passar pela péssima experiência. Enfim não indico a loja, deveria ter comprado na Braga artefatos onde fui muito bem atendida e tive dúvidas e perguntas muito bem esclarecidas

When my husband arrived to remove the store staff, he said that one of the pieces was finishing drying the glue, and that I had not ordered anything, store and employees with no interest whatsoever as the customer, without any preparation to deal with the customer, without communication, I prefer to pay more than to pay less and have a bad experience. Anyway I do not recommend the store, I should have bought artifacts in Braga where I was very well attended and had doubts and questions very well clarified
