A princípio fiquei com receio tendo em vista de se tratar de um jovem profissional, por sorte, grande equívoco. Ele é espetacular, um Profissional com "P" maiúsculo.
Trabalhei por bastante tempo sem Alvará de Funcionamento e Aprovação do Corpo de Bombeiros, pois achava que era uma coisa de outro mundo e que era necessário sempre "molhar" a mão dos fiscais.
O Felipe me mostrou o contrário, explicou todas as normas, os respectivos custos e custas, e posso garantir, vale cada centavo gasto.
Enfim, superou e muito minhas espectativas, indo além do meu esperado, inclusive tirei o Cadan também.
Logo logo, estarei contratando novamente o serviço do escritório, vez que já me falaram da Anistia da prefeitura para regularização de imóveis residenciais.
