★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles atendem muito bem. Meu filho faz natação lá, pois há natação infantil. A piscina não é tratada com cloro e sim com ozônio, reduzindo riscos as crianças.
They serve very well. My son does swimming there as there is child swimming. The pool is not treated with chlorine but ozone, reducing risks to children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prós: A academia é vazia durante quase o dia todo e é frequentada por pessoas que vão pra treinar sem ficar batendo papo.
Contras: Não é uma academia bem administrada. Cheia de goteira, aparelhos bambos e com problemas, ar condicionado nunca funciona direito, falta equipamentos para determinados exercícios. E o pior: é muito cara, principalmente pelo que oferece.
Conclusão: se vc procura uma academia vazia e não liga para preço e pelos problemas, vc vai gostar. Senão, procure outra que vale mais a pena, vc economiza e ainda tem mais conforto nos seus treinos.
Pros: The gym is empty for most of the day and is frequented by people who go to train without chatting.
Cons: It is not a well run gym. Full of leaks, weak appliances and problems, air conditioning never works properly, equipment for certain exercises is lacking. And the worst: it is very expensive, mainly for what it offers.
Conclusion: if you're looking for an empty gym and don't care about price and problems, you'll like it. If not, look for another one that is more worthwhile, you save and still have more comfort in your training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons profissionais, aparelhos bons e o atendimento no geral é muito bom.
A estrutura do prédio precisa de melhorias. O vestiário masculino tem corrente de ar muito forte que vem do piso superior. Isso prejudica os alunos de natação. Aquecimento dos chuveiros é demorado. Consequentemente gasta mais água esperando o chuveiro aquecer.
Good professionals, good handsets and the overall service is very good.
The structure of the building needs improvement. The men's locker room has very strong airflow coming from the upper floor. This harms the swimming students. Heating the showers is time consuming. Consequently it spends more water waiting for the shower to warm up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Administração.. Minha filha fez natação lá há uns 6 anos. Renovamos o contrato por mais um ano. Passados uns meses minha filha não quis continuar. Informei na recepção a desistência. Fiquei meses indo lá solicitando a devolução do valor debitado no cartão. E o pessoal da recepção sempre dizendo que seria resolvido. Percebi que ia mudando os atendentes. Até que foi debitado o valor integral do contrato e nada de devolução. Aí descobri que todos os atendentes com quem falei foram dispensados. Então fui falar com o dono por telefone por que ele nunca está lá e ele me disse que não devolveria o valor pago. Quase um ano de academia. Não recomendo.
Fica o alerta!!!
Bad Administration .. My daughter did swimming there about 6 years ago. We renewed the contract for another year. After a few months my daughter did not want to continue. I informed the reception about the withdrawal. I spent months going there asking to return the amount charged to the card. And the reception staff always saying it would be resolved. I realized that the attendants were changing. Until the full value of the contract was debited and no refund. Then I found out that all the attendants I spoke to were dismissed. So I went to talk to the owner over the phone because he is never there and he told me that he would not return the amount paid. Almost a year of academy. I do not recommend.
Stay alert !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo preço praticado deveriam ao menos teer umas ótima infraestrutura e ótimos aparelhos. Se vc não liga pra qualidade e pra pagar caro por isso, pois é a academia mais cara da região ( custa 3,5 x mais que as da região que são famosinhas)
For the price charged, they should at least have a great infrastructure and great devices. If you don't care about quality and pay dearly for it, it's the most expensive gym in the region (it costs 3.5 x more than the famous ones in the region)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As aulas de natação infantil são muito boas, porém deixo 4 estrelas pelas condições ruins da maioria dos chuveiros do banheiro feminino. Deveria passar por uma manutenção.
The children's swimming lessons are very good, but I leave it 4 stars because of the bad conditions of most of the showers in the women's bathroom. It should undergo maintenance.
