★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na concessionária Renault RPoint do Ipiranga e fui extremamente bem atendido pelo vendedor Ricardo Dantas que durante todo o tempo que estive na loja me mostrou as opções, avaliou meu carro, fez simulações, enfim, foi muito solícito e atencioso desde a minha chegada até o final da negociação.
Recomendo a concessionária e deixo os meus parabéns pelo atendimento do Ricardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Alexandre fez um atendimento excelente e não gostaria de forma alguma prejudicá-lo. Mas no dia da retirada do veículo, ele estava em horário de almoço e mesmo tendo 2 atendentes disponíveis no balcão, a informação que me deram foi a de que eu teria que aguardar até as 14hs para o seu retorno e assim retirar o carro. Por sorte, ao sair encontrei com ele chegando e só por isso não tive que aguardar por mais de 1h e meia, para retirar o veículo, pois prontamente me atendeu e creio que ainda dentro do seu período de almoço. Fiz uma reclamação informal a responsável da área no dia.
Alexandre provided excellent service and would not want to harm him in any way. But on the day of picking up the vehicle, he was at lunch time and even though there were 2 attendants available at the counter, the information they gave me was that I would have to wait until 2 pm for his return and so pick up the car. Luckily, when I left, I found him arriving and only because of that I didn't have to wait for more than 1 and a half hours to retrieve the vehicle, as he promptly attended to me and I believe that it was still within his lunch period. I made an informal complaint to the person in charge of the area on the day.

Podem melhorar no sentido de que vamos fazer a revisão preço fechado e sempre, sempre o consultor coloca um monte de coisas a mais para trocar, dizendo que é melhor trocar, que esta na hora, etc, e tudo caríssimo. A revisão que custa 650 reais ele sempre coloca mais 3, 5, 7 mil reais de coisas para fazer que nunca autorizamos. Sabe o que acontece, nossa percepção é péssima, achamos que sempre estamos sendo "roubados", resultado, nunca troco peças ou mando o carro arrumar na autorizada.
