★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSURSO! ABSURDO! Não recomendo essa empresa!!! Me deixou na mão. Havia programado para encher a laje no dia 24.02.2021. Programação de 04 caminhões! Ao término do 2º caminhão, por volta das 12hs, a bomba que leva o concreto do caminhão para a laje estragou! E a empresa não tinha bomba reserva! Um absurdo uma empresa do tamanho da CONCREBASE não ter uma bomba reserva!!! Resumo, metade da concretagem precisará ser feita no dia seguinte após a secagem do concreto que foi jogado hoje! E todo mundo sabe que concreto velho não gruda em concreto novo sem tratamento!!!!!!!!!ISSO É UM VERDADEIRO ABSURDO!!!!!!!!
ABSURSE! ABSURD! I do not recommend this company !!! Left me alone. It was scheduled to fill the slab on February 24, 2021. Schedule of 04 trucks! At the end of the 2nd truck, around 12 pm, the pump that takes the concrete from the truck to the slab was spoiled! And the company didn't have a backup pump! It is absurd for a company the size of CONCREBASE to not have a backup pump !!! In summary, half of the concreting will need to be done the next day after the concrete that was poured was dried today! And everyone knows that old concrete does not stick to new concrete without treatment !!!!!!!!! THAT'S A REAL ABSURD !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores e a programação atendem muito bem, mas o financeiro deixa muito a desejar, não enviam as faturas, liguei, mandei mensagem e email mas nenhuma resposta, pós vendas desgastante....
Não recomendo.
The sellers and the schedule attend very well, but the finance department leaves a lot to be desired, they do not send invoices, I called, I sent a message and email but no response, exhausting after sales....
I do not recommend.

no final do ano de 2020 fui concretar o baldrame da casa que estou construindo, e tem 117 metros de valas abertas para serem concretadas e 32 brocas.
meu engenheiro calculou que iria precisar de 12 metros de concreto.
então pedi para o senhor João (vendedor da concrebase) os 12 metros.
no dia da concretagem chegou o primeiro caminhão sem o lacre, o motorista estava nervoso e queria ir embora logo (não sei porque ele estava nervoso).
Então notamos que veio concreto a menos nesse primeiro caminhão.
Para tirarmos a duvida esperamos o segundo caminhão chegar para ver se realmente tinha vindo menos no primeiro.
Foi dito e feito, o primeiro caminhão conseguimos concretar 43 metros de valas e 10 brocas.
Já no segundo caminhão conseguimos concretar 74 metros de vala e 22 brocas.
como eu comprei 12 metros, viria um caminhão com 8 metros de concreto (que é o maximo que ele leva) e o segundo com 4 metros.
Por mais leigo que eu seja qualquer um nota que se no primeiro caminhão veio 8 metros iriamos concretar a mesma metragem com o segundo.
Liguei no sac e expliquei para a Esther o ocorrido que só me deu uma resposta em janeiro de 202.
A resposta dela foi que não tinha nada de errado, que o processo de carregamendo é todo eletronico, então porque o primeiro caminhão veio sem o lacre?

To answer the question, we waited for the second truck to arrive to see if it had actually come less in the first.

as I bought 12 meters, a truck with 8 meters of concrete would come (which is the maximum it takes) and the second with 4 meters.
As much a layman as I am, anyone notices that if the first truck came 8 meters, we would make the same footage with the second.
I called the sac and explained to Esther what happened that only gave me an answer in January 202.
Her answer was that there was nothing wrong, that the loading process is all electronic, so why did the first truck come without the seal?
