Deixei um recado educado hoje a noite no whats dele pedindo para retornar na manhã seguinte sobre a disponibilidade de uma entrega nesta semana. Respondeu para eu perguntar amanhã novamente. Ora, não é difícil compreender que eu estava deixando o recado pq no dia seguinte eu não teria tempo para enviar esta mensagem. Reforcei o pedido para que ele me respondesse na manhã seguinte sobre a disponibilidade e a resposta dele foi a mesma: me pergunte novamente amanhã e depois me chamou de "amiguinho". Inacreditável como falta profissionalismo nas empresas de uma forma geral.
I do not recommend. Salesperson Jordan ironically called me "little friend" and I don't think it's professional. I left a polite message tonight on his whatsap asking to get back to him the next morning about the availability of a delivery this week. Answered for me to ask again tomorrow. Now, it's not difficult to understand that I was leaving the message because the next day I wouldn't have time to send this message. I reinforced the request for him to answer me the next morning about availability and his answer was the same: ask me again tomorrow and then he called me "little friend". Unbelievable how lack of professionalism in companies in general.
