★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA MAIS! Combinaram e descumpriram prazo. No dia que foram me informaram que chegariam de manha, mas vieram no final da tarde (16:20h). Trabalharam sem iluminação de noite, somente com o farolete do celular, os degraus FICARAM TORTOS. Liguei para o vendedor e no outro dia retornaram para corrigir, tiveram que retirar SEIS degraus para fazer a correção. Não limparam o entulho deixado, nem recolheram e deixaram em um canto, ficou lá. ALÉM DISSO, pediram pra comprar madeiras para escorar a escada muito além do que precisavam.
NEVER! They agreed and missed the deadline. The day they went they informed me that they would arrive in the morning, but they came in the late afternoon (16: 20h). They worked without lighting at night, only with the cell phone's headlight, the steps WERE TORTED. I called the seller and the other day they returned to correct, they had to remove SIX steps to make the correction. They did not clean up the debris left, nor collected it and left it in a corner, it stayed there. ALSO, they asked to buy wood to shore up the ladder far beyond what they needed.

Não merece nem uma estrela!!
Não cumpriu com os prazos, chegaram depois das 16:00, tiveram que refazer o trabalho porque ficou torto, o concreto veio danificado, os apoiadores foram instalados de maneira torta, solicitei por diversas vezes a ida para o ajuste e sequer deram alguma justificativa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 mês de atraso na entrega e montagem, degraus tortos, um colocou quebrado o primeiro colocou com uma altura de 45cm e cada degrau ficou com um tamanho deferente sobrando assim um degrau que levou embora e disse para contratar um pedreiro para arrumar, não atende o telefone e quando atende é bem "BRUTO COM OS CLIENTES"
Na venda informou corrimão de aço oxidável e na entrega trouxe um de ferro e não deu fundo só em pequenas partes que soldou e deixou muita sujeira e taboas com pregos para cima podendo causar acidentes.
