Achei que era só eu mas aqui nos comentários tem mais. Aí fica a pergunta . Quanto tempo vai ficar com esse Atendimento medíocre...aliás abaixo dr mediocre...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a concretiza para ninguém,péssimo pós venda,efetuei a compra de uns pisos com eles e tive foi dor de cabeça.ninguém quis resolver o problema,comprei piso classe A e me entregaram um B horrível,cada um de um tamanho,é faltando pedaços,fiz um vídeo falando do problema e então eles falaram que o meu pedreiro que não sabia assentar o piso que ele deveria ler na caixa como se faz o serviço,é que eu deveria ter uma equipe mais qualificada.mais como é culpa do pedreiro um piso vim maior que os outros?
Não sabia que essa era uma responsabilidade dele.então pedi para eles enviarem alguém para olhar os pisos,foi quando ele falou que mandaria uma equipe especializada.mais não foi oque aconteceu,eles simplesmente mandaram o entregador levar outras caixas e trocar,porém as caixas que vieram estavam com o mesmo problema,até o entregador falou a mesma coisa que os pisos estavam ruim parecendo B mesmo,é não sabe o que aconteceu,hoje liguei novamente para o vendedor Hiuri achando que ele daria uma solução para o problema,então ele falou que o que me vendeu era A sim e não tinha mais nada oque que fazer,que eu teria que ficar com o piso sim.
Tudo bem vou assumir o prejuízo,mais deixar um Alerta para quem já comprou ou pretende comprar lá,fiquem espertos para não comprar Gato por lebre,porque depois eles fingem de bobos e deixam a responsabilidade para vcs.

I didn't know that this was his responsibility. so I asked them to send someone to look at the floors, that's when he said he would send a specialized team. who came had the same problem, even the delivery man said the same thing that the floors were bad looking like B really, I don't know what happened, today I called the seller Hiuri again thinking he would give a solution to the problem, so he he said that what he sold me was A yes and there was nothing else to do, that I would have to keep the floor yes.
All right, I'll take the damage, but leave an alert for those who have already bought or intend to buy there, be smart not to buy a cat in a hare, because then they pretend to be silly and leave the responsibility to you.
