★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta total de profissionalismo. Vendem o produto, esperam pelo deposito adiantado e depois, de todas as tratativas, informam que não podem por questões logísticas atender ao pedido. Ainda consideram que avisar depois do pagamento de parte do valor, ainda é algo profissional. Enfrentarei, no mínimo, o atraso da obra e o tempo dispensado a toa.
Total lack of professionalism. They sell the product, wait for the deposit in advance and then, of all negotiations, inform that they cannot logistically fill the order. They still consider that notifying after payment of part of the amount is still something professional. At the very least, I will face the delay of the work and the time spent for nothing.
