Os apartamentos possuem apenas 2 quartos, ideal para famílias pequenas com no máximo 1 filho. Apresenta ótimo custo benefício, boa localização
 Spacious condominium, with leisure area for adults (barbecue and party room) and children (playground), parking, bike rack. however there is no pool. The apartments have only 2 rooms, ideal for small families with a maximum of 1 child. It presents great value for money, good location

Condominium well organized, clean and has a good location in the Janga area as it is close to the mall, Bompreço, pharmacy and the beach - very nice place.
