Porém, em alguns fins de semana, e em feriados (como carnaval) tem batidão de funk, ou outros tipos de músicas muito MUITO ALTO ( quase ensurdecedor) pela vizinhança do bairro. Se você faz uso de ventilador ao invés de ar condicionado, você vai sofrer muito com essas festas na redondeza.
Não há porteiro físico, é usado portaria VIRTUAL autônoma. Assim, você que tem que orientar, deixar claro e específico o uso do INTERFONE ( visitas é bom pedir pra ligar no celular). Fique bem atendo quanto aos dias de entrega de suas compras online, pois seu pedido pode voltar , o que é bem estressante e dá muita dor de cabeça. Alguns entregadores não sabem usar o interfone ou ignoram , pois como há uma estrutura de portaria, acham que tem gente na portaria e não tem.
