★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício que não respeita vizinhança. Música das 10h às 22h e quem mora ao redor que se dane Se precisar descansar ou vender imovel, simplesmente não há como. Nenhum Edifício no entorno coloca musica aos berros, só esse. Perturbação sempre. Todo fim de semana temos que aturar isso.
Building that does not respect the neighborhood. Music from 10am to 10pm and whoever lives around screw it If you need to rest or sell a property, there is simply no way. No building in the surroundings puts out loud music, just this one. Disturbance always. Every weekend we have to put up with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento e curto Teresópolis há uns 30 anos. Já passei por alguns apartamentos mas esse, em especial, tem uma convergência de pontos positivos. A localização é excelente, faz-se tudo a pé; o prédio tem uma excelente conservação; a área do play é um espetáculo, vista maravilhosa das montanhas de Terê e os vizinhos, ahhhh... Amigos!
I have frequented and enjoyed Teresópolis for about 30 years. I've been through some apartments but this one, in particular, has a convergence of positive points. The location is excellent, everything is done on foot; the building has an excellent conservation; the play area is a spectacle, wonderful view of the mountains of Terê and the neighbors, ahhhh... Friends!
