★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber se é certo a pessoa pagar o condomínio em dia para o porteiro dormir, moro no Sport Center, quinta feira dia 09/11/2017 cheguei às 23:37 do trabalho e infelizmente ainda não tenho o controle do portão, e nessa fiquei sete minutos esperando o porteiro abrir o portão, nisso parou outro morador atrás do meu carro, pegou seu controle mais o portão na abriu, ele não aguentou esperar e buzinou, daí o portão foi aberto rápidinho. Entramos, depois de estacionar, fui até a portaria e o porteiro estava com o cabelo todo despenteado, com olhar de sono tipo tinha acabado de acordar. Isso não é a primeira vez, sem contar a falta de educação de alguns porteiros, principalmente um japonês que no momento não recordo o nome. Aí pergunto, se um meliante cheio de droga na cabeça, pula o portao, invade um apartamento e o porteiro está dormindo quem irá se responsabilizar?
O lugar é ótimo pra se morar .aos a segurança deixa a desejar.

Then I ask, if a drug addict full on his head, skips the gate, breaks into an apartment and the doorman is sleeping, who will be responsible?
The place is great to live in. Security leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviaram um e-mail para mim onde colocavam informações sobre como acessar a app. Como já tinha acessado uma vez e não conseguido, tentei novamente, sem sucesso. Aí que foi o problema. Tentei responder ao e-mail reportando o problema e não consegui pois o e-mail que utilizaram para responder era um noreply. No e-mail que me enviaram não tinha o e-mail deles também. Fiquei vendido. Aí começou a maratona. Consegui pelo Message do Face me comunicar com eles e pelo site também. Coloquei a sugestão para eles que fica feio enviar um e-mail para um cliente e não deixar o cliente responder ao e-mail recebido.
Responderam prontamente que vão corrigir isso e com uma sugestão para resolver o meu problema.
Parabéns pelo posicionamento. Algumas empresas, às vezes até de marketing digital e com nome no mercado, dizem que o problema sou eu e ainda não resolvem. Parabéns.
They sent me an email where they put information on how to access the app. Since I had already accessed it once and failed, I tried again without success. That was the problem. I tried to respond to the email reporting the problem and could not because the email they used to respond was a noreply. In the email they sent me I didn't have their email either. I got sold. Then the marathon began. I got Message Face to communicate with them and the site too. I put the suggestion to them that it is ugly to send an email to a customer and not let the customer respond to the email received.
They responded promptly that they will correct this and with a suggestion to solve my problem.
Congratulations on the placement. Some companies, sometimes even digital marketers with name in the market, say it's me and they still don't solve it. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, so não atendem a solicitaçao, seus caminhos de comunicação sao horriveis. Pedi um documento vi app e nao me enviaram, solicitei via telefone, nao me enviaram. Agora atrasa o condominio para ver ser nao recebe email, whats, ligaçao... Infelizmente é uma empresa que so viza o lucro próprio, atendimento ao cliente é descaso total. O pior ainda é ver as respostas que colocam aqui.
Bad company, they just don't meet the request, their communication paths are horrible. I asked for a document via app and they didn't send it, I requested it via phone, they didn't send it. Now delays the condominium to see if you do not receive email, whats, call... Unfortunately it is a company that only seeks its own profit, customer service is total neglect. The worst thing is seeing the answers they put here.

Enviam trocentos emails de assuntos aleatorios e sao incapezes de comunicar o que fato precisa.
