★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar calmo, tranquilo, fácil acesso, tanto para a UFPE como para a BR 101 e Caxangá. Condomínio organizado, excelente localização, boa administração. Para quem quer tranquilidade e ter acesso a supermercado, padarias, restaurantes etc, não há lugar melhor. Só deixa um pouco a desejar no tocante à rua, pois infelizmente a Prefeitura ainda não pavimento todo o acesso a Rua Bom Pastor, mas a frete do condomínio é calçada.
 calm, quiet, easy access for both the UFPE as for the BR 101 and Caxangá. Organized condominium, excellent location, good administration. For those who want peace and have access to supermarket, bakeries, restaurants etc, there is no better place. Only leaves a little to be desired with respect to the street, because unfortunately the City has not pavement all access to Rua Bom Pastor, but the condo is shipping sidewalk.
