O Adelon Vieira era uma pessoa muito tranquila e adorava beber uma cerveja no Bar da rua de trás, na Mário Viana.
Eu tenho ótimas lembranças deste lugar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ local seguro e com boa vizinhança, porém o prédio tem uma péssima administração, tinha um vizinho que fumava em sua unidade e deixava o corredor fedendo e a síndica não fazia nada, bem como porteiros com comprotamentos inapropriados e não sofreram nenhuma retalhação, churrasco na piscina mesmo sendo proibido, ou seja, tem uma gestão fraca e falha. e por ter lobby na gestão, é sempre as mesmas pessoas ganhando para nunca fazerem nada, apenas gestões administrativas, as gestões sociais só são ouvidas quando você tem influência no lobby.
