Pra quem procura um local "longe de tudo", Ă© perfeito. TambĂ©m pra quem se locomove utilizando transpor coletivo, nĂŁo Ă© uma boa opção, pois nĂŁo tem ponto de ĂŽnibus a menos de 2km
The condo is very good, the apartment I visited is also very spacious. But the location is not so good, due to the isolation. For those looking for a place "far from everything", it is perfect. Also for those who get around using public transportation, it is not a good option, as there is no bus stop less than 2km

â â â â â Sou residente do condomĂnio. Realmente o apartamento Ă© bom. PorĂ©m tem muita barata, mosquito, o acesso pĂ©ssimo, sem infraestrutura para uma locomoção decente e muito desorganizado. Isso afasta novos potenciais moradores. ME ARREPENDI.

Meu apartamento jĂĄ teve problema de esgoto mais de trĂȘs vezes! Corram disso aqui. Foi o maior erro da minha vida!
Terrible condominium, full of cockroaches, every month there is a problem in the pits. Bad access road, a mosquito head. Dangerous location, several assaults. There is no car that supports the road. Complicated address to deliver mail, several return, the post office cannot find the address. One hour the number of the condominium is 103, another 2056.
