★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio muito bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. A única coisa que eu não gostei é que não há área de desembarque para os pedestres, o que atrapalha muito na questão da acessibilidade, pois o carro tem que parar na rua, que por sinal é muito movimentada.
 Building very well located, very good structure. The only thing I did not like is that there is no landing area for pedestrians, which greatly hinders the issue of accessibility, as the car has to stop on the street, which by the way is very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício bem localizado, fácil acesso e organizado. Para estacionar pode encontrar dificuldades dependendo do horário por causa da região empresarial, onde muitas pessoas estacionam do lado de fora dos prédios, então acaba por ter que estacionar um pouco distante do prédio.
Well located building, easy access and organized. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day because of the business area, where many people park outside the buildings, so you end up having to park a little far from the building.
