★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiquei receosa de ir ao médico nesse condomínio por conta da pandemia, mas, eles estão organizando bem o elevador máximo de 4 pessoas. Não marcaram temperatura na entrada, creio que por causa dos consultórios médicos... Tem estacionamento ao lado do Itaú mas é 4 reais 30 min

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste caso fui na agência Itaú na entrada e parte comercial do condomínio, valeu muito a pena, rápido e prático. Mas conheço o mesmo. E considero um dos locais mais completos para residir em Niterói. Provido de uma área comum abençoada, completa. Segurança e tudo de bom e melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Particularmente uma péssima experiência. Fui abordado por um dos porteiros por estar levando minha marcação conhecimento de alguns segmentos do prédio. A síndica Andréia (reacionária) ligou para a portaria logo após eu estar em sua sala dizendo que eu estava “incomodando”. Se apresentar um trabalho para alguma empresa ou alguém com toda educação e respeito é incomodar, essa pessoa responsável pode ser chamada de reacionária.

A particularly bad experience. I was approached by one of the doormen for taking my knowledge of some segments of the building. The landlord Andréia (reactionary) called the concierge shortly after I was in her office saying I was "bothering". If presenting a job to a company or someone with all politeness and respect is a nuisance, that responsible person can be called a reactionary.
