Great location, well maintained, near the beach, has beach service, best street in Guaruja, close to everything, Avelinos, Sitio Laranjeiras, Sugar Loaf, Extra, Mc Donalds, Subway, Habibs, Casas Bahia, Drogasil, Padaria da Barra , Sodie Sweets, Shopping La Plage, and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um quarteirão da praia, qdo me hospedei pela primeira vz adorei tanto q retornei essa semana mas foi frustrante, loquei 2apartamentos ambos p 5pessoas porém só havia sumida em 1para 4pessoas e no outro 3, tudo mto limpo sim impecável, mas desta vz o tratamento deixou a desejar, sem falar q eu havia avisado q ficaria mais um dia e o porteiro alugou p outro, foi mto chato mesmo pois não era de graça era pago, sem falar que os q foram comigo reclamaram de ter sido tratados com grosseria, infelizmente foi decepcionante.
retornei p casa mto frustada pois havia feito mtos elogios??
A block from the beach, when I stayed for the first time I loved it so much that I returned this week but it was frustrating, I rented 2 apartments both for 5 people but I only disappeared in 1 for 4 people and in the other 3, everything was very clean, yes, but this time the treatment left to be desired, not to mention that I had warned that I would stay another day and the porter rented another, it was really annoying because it was not free I was paid, not to mention that those who went with me complained of being treated rudely, unfortunately it was disappointing.
I returned to the house very frustrated because I had paid high praise??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo minha casa ? Os colaboradores (segurança, portaria, zeladoria) são atenciosos, solícitos sempre nos recebe de bom humor. A estrutura do prédio é bem conservada. Está a uma quadra do mar e possui serviço de praia (montagem/desmontagem de guarda-sol, cadeira e mesinha). Tudo funciona e bem organizado.
I love my house ? The employees (security, concierge, janitorial) are attentive, helpful and always welcome us in a good mood. The structure of the building is well maintained. It is one block from the sea and has a beach service (assembly / disassembly of parasol, chair and table). Everything works and well organized.
