★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos tem uns projetos que até são legais, diferente do que se vê comumente, porém, são muito pequenos!!! Estão bem localizados na região, tem bastante estabelecimentos próximos!!! O problema é que tem funcionários mal educados!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De longe, o melhor condomínio pra se morar, até agora. Os aptos são funcionais para um casal. Funcionários do prédio são de extrema educação e presteza. Naturalmente que há pessoas que confundem educação com obrigação. Prova disso, é o tempo em que cada um deles, a julgar pela Helena da portaria e o Eduardo zelador e sua família, estão há mais de 18 anos trabalhando e fazendo com que cada morador ou visitante se sintam bem. A localização é excelente, tendo diversas opções como supermercado, bares, restaurantes, a Câmara Municipal, Terminal Bandeira, Metrô Anhangabaú, Avenida Brigadeiro Luis Antonio, Fóruns, Praça da Sé. Tudo isso a ser feito a pé mesmo e com a segurança que se exige na região central. Recomendo!
By far the best condo to live in, so far. The fit are functional for a couple. Building staff are extremely polite and prompt. Of course there are people who confuse education with obligation. Proof of this is the time when each of them, judging by Helena from the concierge and Eduardo janitor and his family, have been working for over 18 years and making each resident or visitor feel good. The location is excellent, having several options such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, City Hall, Flag Terminal, Anhangabaú Metro, Brigadeiro Luis Antonio Avenue, Forums, Praça da Sé. requires in the central region. I recommend!
