Eu insisti que não iria reclamar, e que não haveria problemas se o produto alterasse, pois tinha conhecimento que a moradora não estava em casa. Ainda sim, a funcionária não recebeu impossibilitando a entrega.
On 04/04/21 in the afternoon the concierge refused to receive a delivery for claiming to be chocolates and could melt. I insisted that I would not complain, and that there would be no problems if the product changed, as I was aware that the resident was not at home. Still, the employee did not receive making delivery impossible.
