★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar calmo e tranquilo. Condomínios bem administrados. É distante de tudo, mas dentro do condomínio tem uma pequena infra estrutura que atende algumas necessidades. Sinal de celular é ruim lá. Não pega dados.
Quiet and peaceful place. Well-managed condos. It is far from everything, but inside the condominium there is a small infrastructure that meets some needs. Cell phone signal is bad there. It doesn't take data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa de uma atenção intensa da Celpe, sempre tem falta de energia em todos os condomínios. Só este mês ficamos 13h sem energia de uma única vez. Fora as quedas diárias.
A construtora vende o apartamento informando que tem área de lazer incluindo piscina, sendo que está área é tipo 'PRIVADA' pagamos para entrar e temos quê consumir o que é vendido lá valor alto e baixa qualidade. ( Não entra comida nem bebida).
It needs an intense attention from Celpe, there is always a lack of energy in all the condominiums. This month alone we had 13h without power at once. Apart from the daily falls.
The construction company sells the apartment stating that it has a leisure area including a swimming pool, and this area is 'PRIVATE' type we pay to enter and we have to consume what is sold there, high value and low quality. (No food or drink).
