★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio de prédios que segue o projeto padrão dos prédios do angelim. Relativamente tranquilo e ventilado, possui vaga na garagem. Porém a portaria é inconstante (hora aberta/hora fechada) e fica na parte do fundo do bairro, ao lado de uma reserva, por isso, não muito seguro nesse trajeto até o condomínio.

However, the concierge is inconsistent (open hours / closed hours) and is at the bottom of the neighborhood, next to a reservation, so it is not very safe on the way to the condo.
