★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito tranquilo e pacífico. Boas opções por perto de mercadinho, padaria, ponto de ônibus, praça para atividades físicas, academia... Embora seja um condomínio dos mais antigos, os apartamentos são espaçosos. A área de lazer e a piscina são consideradas pequenas mas é razoável para o tamanho do complexo. É um ótimo lugar para morar. Ótimo custo-benefício.
Very quiet and peaceful condominium. Good options near a grocery store, bakery, bus stop, square for physical activities, gym... Although it is an older condominium, the apartments are spacious. The leisure area and swimming pool are considered small but reasonable for the size of the complex. It's a great place to live. Great value for money.
