★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da portaria, muita dificuldade para entrar com o sistema automático do portão que é propício a acidentes. Não tem cabeamento da NET, e é preciso dar várias voltas para chegar nos blocos, pouco funcional. Os aptos são bons, mas, pequenos. Não tem porteiro, somente um zelador que às vezes fica na portaria.
I did not like the concierge, very difficult to enter with the automatic gate system that is conducive to accidents. It does not have NET cabling, and it takes several laps to reach the blocks, not functional. The fit ones are good, but, small. There is no porter, only a caretaker who sometimes stays at the concierge.
