★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se faz mas apartamentos com quartos grandes... 3 quartos e uma dependência de empregada. Sala bem ampla. Única coisa desagradável são as escadas para quem.ja é idoso chegar ao 4°andar.
 It is not done but apartments with large rooms ... 3 bedrooms and a maid's quarters. Very large room. The only unpleasant thing is the stairs for those who are elderly to reach the 4th floor.

É bem localizado (em frente à UFC), possui ótima estrutura, uma boa vizinhança, vagas de estacionamento para praticamente todos os apartamentos, amplo espaço interno e ótimo acabamento nos apartamentos, mini-quadra de esportes para as crianças e pode ser considerado bem seguro. É definitivamente um lugar agradável, próximo à todos os tipos de comércio, à alguns quarteirões do North Shopping. O único ponto que deixa a desejar é não possuir elevadores, já que para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldades de locomoção não é fácil subir vários lances de escadas até o terceiro andar. No geral, é garantia de bom custo-benefício e satisfação.

A great place to live. It is well located (in front of the UFC), has a great structure, a good neighborhood, parking spaces for practically all apartments, ample internal space and great finish in the apartments, mini sports court for children and can be considered very safe . It is definitely a pleasant place, close to all kinds of shops, a few blocks from North Shopping. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is not to have elevators, as it is not easy for elderly people or people with limited mobility to climb several flights of stairs to the third floor. Overall, it is a guarantee of good value for money and satisfaction.
I approve and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um condomínio é um pouco antigo, mas bem organizado, com quadro de funcionários dedicados. A limpeza é feita frequentemente e há várias plantas nos arredores dos apartamentos. Contudo a subida para os apartamentos é somente por escada e os botijões de gás ainda são colocados dentro do próprio apartamento. A água não é individualizada por apto. Possui garagem, algumas com cobertura, outras não. Os apartamentos em si são mal-divididos, com sala bem ampla e cozinha, área de serviço e banheiro pequenos.
It's a condo is a little old, but well organized, with dedicated staff. Cleaning is done frequently and there are several plants around the apartments. However, the climb to the apartments is only by stairs and the gas canisters are still placed inside the apartment. The water is not individualized by fit. It has a garage, some with coverage, others not. The apartments themselves are poorly divided, with a very large living room and kitchen, small service area and bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um condomínio mais antigo mais de bons espaços nos apartamentos. Não tem nenhuma opção de lazer, mais salvo pela localização próxima à dois grandes shoppings, supermercado, bons colégios e praças para lazer de adultos e crianças.
It is an older condominium with more good spaces in the apartments. It does not have any leisure options, except for the location close to two large shopping malls, supermarket, good schools and squares for adults and children.
