Excelente administração, é tudo muito bem organizado, áreas de lazer estão sempre em ótimas condições, tem piscina, quadra, salão de jogos, espaço para crianças pequenas, parquinho, espaço pet, bicicletário, é acessível a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, tudo bem limpinho, o condomínio faz separação de lixo reciclável e comum. A localização é muito boa, tem vaga de estacionamento para cada morador e 3 vagas para visitantes e funcionários todos educadíssimos e simpáticos.
Great place to live. Excellent management, everything is very well organized, recreation areas are always in great condition, has swimming pool, court, games room, space for small children, playground, pet space, bike rack, is accessible to people with reduced mobility, very clean , the condominium separates recyclable and common waste. The location is very good, has parking space for each resident and 3 spaces for visitors and staff all very polite and friendly.
