Tem academia bem perto e conta com ônibus passando na porta. Ótima para estudantes mas também satisfaz as necessidades de uma família pequena.
Close to UFPI, it has good security, ample well-organized and planned space, multi-sports court for residents, and trees that provide shade and help to alleviate the climate in the heart of Teresina's urban area. It has a gym very close and has buses passing by the door. Great for students but also meets the needs of a small family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento com um bom espaço, porém o condomínio tá sucateado, prédios caindo aos pedaços, corredores sujos, qualquer um pode entrar a hora que quer ... não há o mínimo controle na entrada de pessoas. Parece que nem tem síndico !!
Apartment with a good space, but the condominium is scrapped, buildings falling apart, dirty corridors, anyone can enter the time you want ... there is not the slightest control in the entry of people. It seems that there is no liquidator !!
