★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do ambiente do condomínio, achei seguro e agradável para passar final de semana com a família ou comemorar, porém acho que deveria ter uma boa manutenção o mais rápido possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condomínio, um dos melhores aqui do Icaraí, gestão organizada e compromissada com a organização, mas ainda falta por parte de alguns condôminos mais policiamento relativo a descarte de resíduos, conservação, cumprimento das resgras e limpeza. Instalações elétricas um pouco velhas nas áreas de estacionamento e iluminação, portões precisando de manutenção ou serem substituídos. Piscina excelente, salão de festas está bom, mas falta um sinuca para aquela diversão garantida.
Excellent condominium, one of the best here in Icaraí, organized management and committed to the organization, but some residents still lack more policing regarding waste disposal, conservation, compliance with rules and cleaning. Slightly old electrical installations in the parking and lighting areas, gates needing maintenance or being replaced. Excellent pool, party room is good, but a pool is missing for that guaranteed fun.
