No dia que assinei o contrato o corretor me avisou que eu assinaria o financiamento em maio e receberia a chave em junho. Até agora naaada. Depois de três meses buscando resposta de alguém que pudesse dizer como anda meu processo de compra, uma atendente me explicou que, apesar das campanhas pra fazer o cliente cair na armadilha e comprar um apartamento no spazzio andrier, o empreendimento não está liberado para financiamento e, por tanto, não há previsão de entrega. Logo, faça um favor a vc e a sua família, não perca seu tempo e sua saúde mental comprando um apartamento da MRV.
 I signed the contract with MRV in April (2018) and have been paying the installments since. On the day I signed the contract, the broker told me that I would sign the loan in May and receive the key in June. So far naaada. After three months looking for an answer from someone who could tell me how my buying process is going, an attendant explained to me that, despite the campaigns to make the customer fall into the trap and buy an apartment in spazzio andrier, the project is not allowed for financing and therefore, there is no delivery forecast. So, do yourself and your family a favor, don't waste your time and mental health by buying an apartment from MRV.
