Middle class condominium, well located on the avenue, with average quality administrative structure and simple apartments. Bedroom walls already showing mold, most likely due to little external waterproofing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui numa festa de aniversário neste lugar, fui bem atendido na portaria (o lugar é bem organizado), o salão de festas foi fácil de achar, pra ser melhor só faltou ter estacionamento para visitantes, o que não é um problema tão grande sendo que tem um estacionamento (pago) no outro lado da rua. Acesso fácil pela Anchieta (uma das saídas dá direto na rua).
I went to a birthday party in this place, I was well attended at the reception desk (the place is well organized), the party room was easy to find, to be better, there was only a lack of parking for visitors, which is not such a problem as there is (paid) parking across the street. Easy access via Anchieta (one of the exits leads directly to the street).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto de apartamentos bem localizado, avenida movimentada com bastante opções de bares, restaurante e padaria. O ponto fraco é o estacionamento. Se for visitar alguém sugiro ir de Uber.
Set of apartments well located, busy avenue with plenty of bars, restaurant and bakery. The weak point is the parking. If you are visiting someone I suggest taking an Uber.
