Ponto negativo: garagem descoberta, e não é por falta de pagamento. A equipe contratada faliu e ficou por isso mesmo. E lá se passou mais um ano sem a cobertura.
Não tem área para estacionar carro de visitantes (tem que estacionar na rua).
Quiet place to live, concierge with great staff, simple leisure area, with a party room next to the playground.
Negative point: open garage, and it is not for lack of payment. The hired team went bankrupt and that was it. And there was another year without the coverage.
There is no area to park visitors' cars (you have to park on the street).

Condominium staff super attentive, very professional not to mention that only beautiful people live in this place, everyone very polite I really enjoyed moving a client who used to live there, I would live there if I have the opportunity!
