O prédio em si é bom, mas a administração é muito ruim, péssima, alguns funcionários tem más intenções, SUPOSTAMENTE o síndico é sujo e mau caráter, se dá valor a sua vida não more aí!
For people who like a quiet, safe place, in a good neighborhood and well organized this is definitely NOT the place for you. The building itself is good, but the administration is very bad, terrible, some employees have bad intentions, SUPPOSEDLY the manager is dirty and bad character, if you value your life, don't live there!

well half mouth, i just liked living there because of the couples, but most of the employees and residents were all loko chasing teenagers because there was nothing to do
