Place of excellence! Wonderful view, it faces the beach of Boa viagem, with sea promenade ... Nearby there are: restaurants, shopping malls, etc ... I highly recommend it.

A beira do mar, numa årea de praia excelente e permitida para banho pois tem proteção dos arrecifes.
EstĂĄ a poucos minutos do centro da cidade e com fĂĄcil acesso a outros Bairros do Recife e da cidade de Olinda. Possui bares, restaurantes, padarias e supermercados bem prĂłximo.
O prédio precisa de um pintura e os elevadores de melhor manutenção, mas nada que comprometa.
Great location. For those who come for business or pleasure is a good option to stay.
The seafront, in an excellent beach area and allowed for swimming because it has protection from the reefs.
It is just minutes from the city center and within easy reach of other neighborhoods in Recife and Olinda. It has bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets very close.
The building needs better painting and lifts, but nothing to compromise.

â â â â â Apartamento pequeno porĂ©m muito bem localizado. Vista maravilhosa mas o barzinho em frente "Ilha dos Navegantes" faz um barulho horrĂvel. Fiquei no 16Âș andar e pra dormir dava trabalho mesmo com janelas fechadas.
Small apartment but very well located. Wonderful view but the little bar in front of "Ilha dos Navegantes" makes a horrible noise. I stayed on the 16th floor and it was hard to sleep even with closed windows.

Very pleasant condominium to be in, with beautiful views of the beach. The ground floor has a breakfast but honestly I don't think it's worth it.

â â â â â AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - HORRIBLE - Many deficiencies that they won't even repair ; 2 unreliable elevators that have been that way for 6 years, floor display where you are going doesn't even work, push buttons don't even light up. One was totally out then the other one broke the same day. Was without an elevator all day and had to climb 10 floors of stairs to get home. Want to spend a day stuck in an elevator ? This is the place for you. PLUS a central gas system that does not allow sufficient gas to the stove for cooking. Tiny flame. Sat down on the toilet the first time and it broke loose from the floor because the bolts were solid rust. WORST water I have ever seen, you can't even clean your self because the water is so hard, soap has no effect, water full of sediment, lime and calcium, sulphur, tastes horrible too.
AND last but no least ... directly next door to the south, there is a high rise under construction. LOTS of hammeriing, banging, grinding and construction noise ALL DAY.
Management does nothing when you complain about problems. From the looks of things, the association is broke and can't afford to fix anything. Was at one time a nice place but has so deteriorated today.
Then you have arrogant snobs who play their music at full blast with their doors open so everyone has to listen.
ONLY nice thing about the place was the maids who clean your apto on a daily basis if you want it. They were super nice and friendly and did a great job. OTHERWISE, FORGET THIS PLACE ! A DISASTER
