★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com vários blocos. Infra estrutura completa. Construído numa antiga Pedreira, e por isso as ruas são muito íngremes, o que significa que, dependendo do bloco que queira ir, se estiver a pé, terá muita lareira para subir.
Condominium with several blocks. Complete infrastructure. Built in an old quarry, the streets are therefore very steep, which means that, depending on the block you want to go to, if you are on foot, you will have a lot of fireplace to climb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou de mudança para lá, e muito empolgado com a infra-estrutura. Mas observei que a manutenção está deixando a desejar. Paredes e portas das áreas comuns estão sujas, algumas com sinais de deterioração, como as portas da área de administração, entre outras coisas que notei. Mas acredito que isso tenha fácil solução.. afinal, o condomínio é muito bom.
I'm moving there, and I'm very excited about the infrastructure. But I noticed that maintenance is falling short. Walls and doors in the common areas are dirty, some with signs of deterioration, such as the doors in the administration area, among other things I noticed. But I believe that this has an easy solution .. after all, the condominium is very good.
