★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem próximo a Praia de Areia Preta, apartamentos voltados para o nascente, mas não tem vista mar pois tem outro condomínio em frente. Fica em uma rua bem movimentada, próximo a hotéis, hospitais e clínicas, bem próximo também ao centro da cidade.
Condo right next to Areia Preta Beach, apartments facing the east, but has no sea view because there is another condo in front. It is on a very busy street, close to hotels, hospitals and clinics, and also close to the city center.
