Só é ruim o fato de as visitas não poderem entrar com o carro e as ruas no entorno são muito desertas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito bom para quem tem família pequena. Fica localizado no bairro Vale do Gavião, com acesso direto à Av. Presidente Kennedy pela Av. Aviador Rossini Morada Luna. Os apartamentos têm cerca de 45m2, se não me engano... são dois quartos, um banheiro, sala/ copa/ cozinha e área de serviço. Uma vaga de garagem. Apesar de não ser murado ainda, O local tem guarita e várias câmeras de segurança, o que eleva a sensação de segurança. O que deixa a desejar é o pequeno espaço pra lazer (um brinquedo pra crianças) e a taxa de condomínio, muito alta para o padrão do prédio.
Very good condo for those with small family. It is located in the Vale do Gavião neighborhood, with direct access to Av. Presidente Kennedy via Av. Aviador Rossini Morada Luna. The apartments are about 45m2, if I'm not mistaken ... there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room / pantry / kitchen and laundry area. A parking space. Although not yet walled, the place has a guardhouse and several security cameras, which elevates the feeling of security. What is lacking is the small space for leisure (a toy for children) and the condominium fee, which is very high for the standard of the building.
