★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu morei aqui por dois anos. O apto é bom, ótima acústica, o condomínio não tem muito lazer , mas até é bem cuidado. Mas a região é horrível! Vários assaltos, música alta quase todos os dias, como é um morro as motos passam fazendo barulho demais. Não tem nada perto de comércio. Enfim, eu não recomendo não, principalmente se vc se importa com barulho.
I lived here for two years. The fit is good, great acoustics, the condominium does not have much leisure, but it is well taken care of. But the region is horrible! Several robberies, loud music almost every day, as it's a hill the bikes go by making too much noise. There is nothing close to shopping. Anyway, I don't recommend it, especially if you care about noise.
