★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui visitar um amigo e inicialmente , percebi que é um condomínio simples ,não vi as vagas p/ os automóveis se estavam demarcadas ,a área de lazer é horrível.Visitei um apartamento no térreo e os corredores sai bem estranhos .Ponto principal é a localização, próximo de tudo ...Tem supermercado próximo ,assim como tbm feira ,lojas ,bancos ,padarias ..várias opções de transporte público .São apartamentos pequenos de dois quartos sem varanda .Bom para casal com no máximo um filho .Pois é bem pequeno o imóvel.
