★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o condomínio não é administrado por uma gestão eficiênte, onde os funcionários orgânicos e terceirizados tem diferenciação constantemente.
O condomínio é um lugar incrívelmente lindo, um local super seguro e bem estruturado, mas como dito anteriormente a gestão atual trata os terceirizados como pessoas descartáveis, e por isso a grande rotatividade de funcionários dentro do condomínio.
Espero que o futuro síndico do local se atente nos detalhes, pois os problemas são repassados aos terceirizados de forma traiçoeira e incoerente.
Lamentavel um condomínio desse padrão com uma Gestão tão fraca e sem empatia nenhuma com o próximo, devido seus 20 anos de gestão entra síndico e sai sindico e ela permanece lá, realizando um trabalho mal executado.
