Possuem estacionamento coberto, área de lazer com piscina, quadra de futebol e áreas comuns bem distribuídas.
As piscinas estão muito bem cuidadas, destoando do aspecto abandonado dos prédios e áreas comuns.
Garagens com cobertura mas algumas em péssimo estado.
Seria um condomínio excelente se a manutenção fosse mais presente.
Apartment blocks.
They have covered parking, leisure area with swimming pool, soccer field and well distributed common areas.
The pools are very well maintained, in contrast to the abandoned aspect of the buildings and common areas.
Covered garages but some in poor condition.
It would be an excellent condominium if maintenance was more present.

My son bought an apartment in this condominium. Great place to live. It has swimming pools, a sports court, and a great location.
