★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo de morar. Não falta água, os moradores se respeitam, a portaria funciona e pra quem sabe viver em sociedade é ótimo.
Quiet place to live. There is no shortage of water, the residents respect each other, the concierge works and for those who know how to live in society it is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo lugar, espaço maravilhoso e belíssima area verde, a piscina também é espetacular, porém, peca em pequenos detalhes, principalmente na funcionalidade de algumas coisa do próprio condomínio, porém, continua sendo um bom lugar pra se morar.
Great place, wonderful space and beautiful green area, the pool is also spectacular, however, lacks in small details, especially in the functionality of some things in the condominium itself, however, it is still a good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande parte dos vizinhos são mal educados, não há espaço de lazer para as crianças, os apartamentos são grandes, mas mal divididos, os elevadores vivem quebrados, não aceita outra companhia de telecomunicações que não seja a Net ou a Sky pq as tubulações já estão todas entupidas...
Most of the neighbors are rude, there is no leisure space for the children, the apartments are big but poorly divided, the elevators are always broken, they don't accept any telecommunications company other than Net or Sky because the pipes are already all clogged...
