★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vista é muito bonita, a segurança bem treinada entrada bem localizada é é possível estacionar próximo ao prédio, porem não tem um estacionamento pra visitantes.
Os apartamentos são muito pequenos e sem isolamento acústico
The view is very beautiful, the security is well trained, the entrance is well located and it is possible to park close to the building, however it does not have a parking lot for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio tranquilo, com piscina, quadra, parquinho, salão de jogos, academia... Ruim só para quem vai de ônibus. Sobe umas escadas ao lado do posto de combustível. Parece-me um trajeto arriscado, embora às vzs fique um vigia em cima na guarita.
Quiet condo, with pool, court, playground, games room, gym ... Bad only for those going by bus. Go up some stairs next to the gas station. It seems to me a risky path, although at times there is a guard at the top of the guardhouse.
