I do not know why a condo would be here to give a note, but .... Legal, and safe place, I have some friends residing there.

Se eu fosse proprietário de um apartamento lá, já o teria vendido. O lugar precisa de uma reforma geral urgente. Os quartos dos aparyaentos são minúsculos. A arquitetura dos prédios não agrada aos olhos. Pouco espaço para os veículos. De bom mesmo tem a localização.

If I owned an apartment there, I would have already sold it. The place needs urgent general reform. The rooms in the aparyaentos are tiny. The architecture of the buildings is not pleasing to the eye. Little space for vehicles. The location is really good.
