★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamentos num tamanho ok se você for morar sozinho. Porém, o aspecto do prédio no quesito fachada não é nada convidativo. Está bem negligenciado. E o local não passa segurança, a iluminação é muito ruim à noite.
 Apartments in an ok size if you live alone. However, the aspect of the building on the façade is not inviting. It is well neglected. And the place does not pass security, the lighting is very bad at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui a 20 anos! Apartamentos pequenos/populares, mas funcionais. Vizinhança em geral tranquila, a despeito de muitos apartamentos alugados para jovens/estudantes. 04 linhas de ônibus disponíveis e diversas facilidades bem próximas ( supermercado, farmácias, bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes dentre outras). Mesmo rodeado de invasões, não é de todo inseguro. Cada prédio tem cisterna para evitar a falta de água, fica a 05 minutos do shopping da Ilha. Tem pracinha amplamente utilizada, sobretudo pelos moradores dos condomínios vizinhos. Um bom lugar pra se viver...
I've lived here for 20 years! Small / popular but functional apartments. Generally quiet neighborhood, despite many apartments rented to young people / students. 04 bus lines available and several facilities very close (supermarket, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, snack bars, among others). Even surrounded by invasions, it is not at all insecure. Each building has a cistern to avoid the lack of water, it is 5 minutes from the shopping center on the island. It has a square that is widely used, especially by residents of neighboring condominiums. A good place to live ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto de apartamentos, bem localizado no bairro do Bequimão, próximo a bares, padarias, supermercado, farmácias e lanches... próximo tbm a shopping...deixa a desejar na estrutura dos prédios, sem pintura e sem segurança...não existe um padrão.Na sua maioria apartamentos que servem para locação.
