★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já por três vezes acionei a administração do Condomínio, pois uma criança de uns 3 anos, no quarto andar do prédio, no apartamento situado ao lado de um prédio abandonado, fica sentada no parapeito das janelas, apenas com uma fina tela de proteção. Não sei se alguma providência foi tomada, mas vez ou putra, a situação se repete, não parecendo haver algum adulto de bom senso no apartamento...
Apesar de ter boas acomodações, para estar virando uma favelinha chique, pois alguns moradores, nos apartamentos cujas janelas e varandas ficam voltadas para a Rua Riachuelo, estão com o péssimo hábito de pendurar roupas e toalhas a secar. Terrível visão para quem observa esse tipo de comportamento inadequado e falta de uma atitude administrativa por parte da gerência...
I have already called the Condominium administration three times, because a child of about 3 years old, on the fourth floor of the building, in the apartment located next to an abandoned building, is sitting on the windowsill, with only a thin protective screen. I don't know if any action was taken, but once or twice, the situation is repeated, and there doesn't seem to be any common sense adult in the apartment...
Despite having good accommodations, to be turning into a chic little slum, as some residents, in the apartments whose windows and balconies face Riachuelo Street, are in the bad habit of hanging clothes and towels to dry. Terrible vision for those who observe this type of inappropriate behavior and lack of an administrative attitude on the part of management...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização. Ambiente respeitoso. Funcionários cordiais e muito prestativos. O problema é na saída, pois é cobrado, caro, um serviço de faxina, é apresentado problemas na vistoria de entrega. Do meu depósito calção, R$1.000,00( um mil reais ficou lá). Não recomendo.
Great location. Respectful environment. Friendly and very helpful staff. The problem is at the exit, because it is charged, expensive, a cleaning service, problems are presented in the delivery inspection. From my shorts deposit, R $ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais stayed there). I do not recommend.
