★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfeito lugar para construir uma mega casa. O único contra é que você terá q se acostumar com um número deveras interessante de galinhas no condomínio. Pois elas combatem o crescimento populacional de escorpiões, que são preocupantes nos meses de calor extremo.
Perfect place to build a mega house. The only drawback is that you'll have to get used to a very interesting number of chickens in the condo. For they fight the scorpion population growth, which is worrisome in the extreme heat months.

Place with no sidewalk.... depressing!! Very small land, the guy farts in the house next door you know what he had dinner!!!
