★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento fedendo urina! Móveis da cozinha todo velho, dois colchões novos mas os outros parecia colchão que coloca pro cachorro dormir. Televisão de 1980, não funcionava, reclamei levaram outra de 1975. Desde o início avisei que estava viajando com a família, como peguei um apto com um dormitório apenas, disseram que eu precisaria ficar em outro prédio que o restante da turma, como programamos fazer um churrasco e no outro prédio não tinha churrasqueira combinamos de ir para o meu, já que é da mesma empresa. O dono muito mal educado abordou meus familiares na porta do prédio dizendo que não poderiam entrar e que nunca viu isso " pessoal do outro prédio vir fazer bagunça ali", lembrando que era passeio de família, não tinha nenhum baderneiro. Tentei falar com ele dizendo que estavam no outro prédio dele e mesmo assim ele me respondeu muito grosso que faz 40 anos que ele tem os prédios e nunca viu isso. De madrugada acordei e os portões estavam todos abertos, ou seja é a mesma coisa de deixar o carro na rua. E pra finalizar, saímos domingo a noite para jantar, e quando voltamos havia um pé de sandália de mulher bem no meio da sala que ninguém soube explicar como foi parar lá. Não recomendo, já fiquei em outros lugares em Ubatuba mais simples, porém limpinho, seguro e pessoas educadas.
Flat stinking urine! All old kitchen furniture, two new mattresses but the others looked like mattresses that put the dog to sleep. Television from 1980 did not work, I complained they took another from 1975. From the beginning I warned that I was traveling with family, as I got a fit with only one dorm, they said I would need to stay in another building than the rest of the class, as we planned to do a barbecue and in the other building had no barbecue we agreed to go to mine, since it is from the same company. The very rude owner approached my family members at the door of the building saying that they could not enter and that he never saw this "people from the other building come to make a mess there", remembering that it was family outing, had no troublemaker. I tried to talk to him saying they were in his other building and yet he answered me very rudely that 40 years ago he has the buildings and never saw it. At dawn I woke up and the gates were all open, that is the same thing as leaving the car on the street. And finally, we went out for dinner on Sunday night, and when we got back there was a woman's sandal right in the middle of the room that nobody could explain how it got there. I do not recommend, I have stayed elsewhere in Ubatuba simpler, but clean, safe and educated people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local com a tv de tubo ainda, a imagem é horrível corta metade das legendas, privada entope a toda hs principalmente com a lotação, não tem potes, talheres de madeira (vai contra a higiene) colchão bem antigo, tudo ja bem usado machado, enfim foi uma experiência pra mim, muito ruim, eu não voltaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos hospedados 10 dias, o AP que fiquei foi top, ponto negativo para segurança, não tem porteiro, cada AP tem o seu controle do portão eletrônico, porém os muros são baixos e qualquer pessoa pode pular, como vimos acontecer, ou seja, o seu carro fica como se estivesse na rua.
